CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – A total of eight passengers including a motorela driver were injured in a vehicular accident along Concordio Street, Barangay Carmen, this city.
Police Chief Master Sargeant Natalio Mata said, Albert Ingkong, Elisa Lagbas, Erna Medina, Epefinanio Jandayan Jr., and Ann Lee Toledo, were among the victims who were rushed to nearest hospital.
Initial investigation said, the taxi driver rammed the nearby motorela driven by Toledo.
“Among the severely injured were Mario Go, Cordelia Tablago, and Karl James Abrio, who sustained concussion”, Mata said.
Police identified the taxi driver Lolito Estoque, as the prime suspect of the road crash.
