“We would like to inform the public that the second phase of our bulk water supplier’s rehabilitation of their Rapid Sand Filters (RSF) at the Taguanao Water Treatment Plant will be conducted from April 7 to 10, 2026.
Please be assured that during the rehabilitation period, COBI will not completely shut down operations but will instead supply water at reduced capacity. On the part of COWD, we have our production wells and other sources that will continue operating to provide water supply to our customers. However, there will still be affected portions of the service area as indicated in the announcement below.
In preparation for the scheduled activity, the public is encouraged to store an adequate supply of water in clean, covered containers for their use during the interruption period.
We also advise the public that requests for water delivery should be coordinated through your respective barangay offices, which will facilitate coordination with the assigned water delivery team.”
