Domer Postrero, a member of DDS Kagay-anon, voiced strong outrage yesterday afternoon over the impeachment of Vice President Sara Duterte by 257 lawmakers in the House of Representatives.

Postrero insisted that legislators have no right to judge the Vice President guilty of corruption, claiming the move was driven purely by political interests.

He further questioned why Congress failed to investigate revelations made by 18 former Philippine Marines, who allegedly had knowledge of the distribution of funds from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) flood control project.

Out of frustration, Postrero declared his desire to abolish party-list groups, which he accused of being protectors of progressive organizations.
