Barangay Lapasan is continuing its assistance to 202 families displaced by a fire in Sitio Little Cebu and Gaabucayan.
In an interview with Bombo Radyo, Barangay Captain Julito Ogsimer said that despite limited facilities, additional portable toilets have been installed at evacuation centers in Lapaz Uno and Santo Niño Covered Court.
He assured that health workers and nurses are monitoring the evacuees, particularly the 67 families who are renters.
The barangay also guarantees food distribution three times a day for seven to ten days as part of its care protocol.
