A helicopter carrying five Nepali passengers went missing in Dolakha district on Friday. The aircraft, operated by Mustang Helicopters and registered as 9N-ANO, was flying from Charikot to Lapcha when it lost contact. It departed at 12:17 p.m. local time and was expected to arrive around 1:00 p.m. The last known position was about 21 nautical miles southeast of Langtang. Civil Aviation Authority official Gyanendra Bhul confirmed search and rescue coordination is underway. Authorities are working urgently to locate the missing helicopter and passengers.
