CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – After twenty-five minutes of prayer, Pope Francis of Rome was rescued after trapped almost half an hour inside an elevator.

Report says, the pope was in St. Peter Square when an electrical malfunction occured in the said place.

“I must apologize for the delay,” said Francis, explaining that there was a drop of voltage in the elevator, causing it to stop.

According to the Vatican, the Pontiff is in good condition and smiles when he faced millions of devotees waiting for him to come out.
