CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – The City Health Office of Cagayan de Oro has a new Officer In Charge after former CHO Chief Dr. Fe Bongcas retired.
Dr. Lorraine Nery, is now spearheading the CHO.
She’s a registered Nurse, a Doctor of Medicine and garnered masters level professional degree of Health Care Administration.
