CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – The elements of Valencia City Police Office has nabbed a notorious street level drug pusher, on Thursday.
City Police Director Police Lt. Colonel Surki Serenas said the target person did not resist when he was entrapped.
“The suspect who did not fight back and still enjoys the perks of living was identified as Stephen Harold Ocba, 22 years old, single and resident of Purok-9, Barangay Lumbo, Valencia City, Bukidnon.”
