The Russian Emergencies Ministry delivered 313 tons of medicines to Iran as part of a humanitarian mission.

The shipment, transported by rail to Astara, was formally handed over to Iranian officials.

In a separate operation, Russia sent seven trucks carrying over 140 tons of aid via Azerbaijan.

The ministry emphasized that the assistance was organized under President Vladimir Putin’s instructions. Azerbaijan facilitated the transit of the mission, ensuring smooth delivery.

This marks the second batch of medical supplies Russia has provided to Iran.
