Coco Naik, Chairperson of Filipinos Migrant Workers PDP Laban, called on Filipinos to stop sowing division as the country faces worsening turmoil.
He observed that some local officials allegedly use the distribution of aid as a means to control the public, removing those who join rallies against the administration from beneficiary lists.
Naik stressed that the Senate has become the final battleground of political conflict, making it crucial for lawmakers to remain firm ahead of the upcoming SONA.
He added that many developments within the Senate are difficult to understand but must be revealed to the public to shed light on the real situation.
Finally, Naik expressed hope that none of the 13 senators will abandon their principles, as this moment is decisive for the nation.
