Villanueva Municipal Mayor Julio Uy highlighted the UNITY platform—focused on health, education, and social services—in his State of the Mayor’s Address yesterday.
He explained that his priority remains providing proper medicine and facilities in rural health units and hospitals to ensure fast service, especially during emergencies.
Uy also stressed the importance of education as the key to the youth’s future, through quality classrooms and scholarship programs.
He assured that financial assistance will be given fairly, without favoritism, political bias, or corruption.
Lastly, he emphasized that infrastructure development such as roads and bridges is part of their effort to secure a more progressive future for all Villanueva residents.
