Angel Romero, national convenor of Pride PH, reminded the public that coming out is a personal process that should happen in one’s own time and terms.
Romero clarified that there is no set timeline, as self-acceptance must come before disclosure to family or workplace.
He warned against forcing people who are not ready and encouraged youth to seek support from trusted individuals and available resources.
