Labor leader Ka Leody de Guzman expressed disappointment over the slow pace of justice in corruption cases. ]He argued that investigations should not only focus on Vice President Sara Duterte but also on the Marcos administration.

De Guzman highlighted that President Marcos himself signed the 2025 budget, which allegedly contains billions in corruption related to flood control, as well as the 2026 budget amounting to nearly ₱1.2 trillion, which he claims is questionable and possibly linked to pork barrel misuse.

He called for all officials involved in the misuse of public funds to face accountability, not just those currently under investigation.
