City Nutrition Program Coordinator Mary Trissha D. Laureta-Granados reminded the public that caring for health should not be limited to Nutrition Month in July.

She encouraged families to choose balanced meals and avoid feeding children excessive meat, junk food, and soft drinks.

Granados also stressed the importance of maintaining a clean environment and proper waste disposal to prevent illnesses.

For her, nutrition is a daily responsibility that must be practiced in every household to ensure a healthier future for all family members.
