Former Kabataan party-list representative Raoul Manuel said the red-tagging of Atty. Amando Virgil D. Ligutan was baseless, as it relied only on an AI-generated summary used by Lorraine Badoy to link him to the National Union of People’s Lawyers (NUPL).
Manuel clarified that serving as counsel for the group does not automatically make Ligutan a member.
He warned against relying on inaccurate information from technology that could endanger people’s security.
