Amidst the circulating shooting threats in the city’s schools, Bulua Punong Barangay Al Legaspi Jr. emphasized the consistent checking of students’ bags before they are allowed to enter the school premises.
He stated that this inspection must be carried out to ensure no contraband or prohibited and dangerous items slip into the schools.
He explained that much like Bulua National High School, individuals entering and leaving schools are not limited to barangay residents alone, but include outsiders as well.
Therefore, he called on everyone to remain vigilant and cooperate to protect the peace and safety of students and teachers.
