Lapasan National High School Principal Dr. Ferdinand Vinco Jr. eased parents’ concerns by promising swift, immediate action on any bullying incidents reported on campus.

To ensure fairness and safeguard student well-being, Vinco clarified that school protocol prohibits facing a child directly with confronting parents unless the student is accompanied by their own legal guardian, recognizing how vulnerable students can be when alone.

Instead, the administration will convene formal mediation meetings with all parties involved to reach a proper resolution.

He reaffirmed the school’s commitment to enforcing safety regulations to protect every student, especially while handling ongoing security reports.
