Large-scale energy projects and additional foreign investments are expected to enter the PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority to further develop its coastal areas.

According to PHIVIDEC Administrator and Chief Executive Officer Joseph Donato “Cid” Bernedo, high-level C-suite meetings have been conducted with two major foreign companies.

Aside from this, the authority is also preparing for the opening of its first 120-meter expanded port, a bulk water facility supplying three million liters per day, and nearly 1,000 housing units in the first quarter of next year.

Meanwhile, PHIVIDEC remains a one-stop shop in assisting investors through its own issuance of business permits and visa processing.
