The Professional Criminologists Association of the Philippines (PCAP) will protect the victims of the alleged sexual assault involving a Police Captain and a Police Corporal by providing free legal assistance.
Furthermore, PCAP President Dr. Gerry J. Caño stated that their legal team is ready to help file administrative or criminal charges, depending on the decision of the family and the victims.
The group’s case build-up continues alongside witnesses offering corroborating statements to strengthen the complaint.
Dr. Caño stated that the public should not hesitate because officials must be held accountable for unethical behavior unbecoming of a professional.
