Oro Chamber of Commerce President Engr. Al Brito expressed support for modernizing Cagayan de Oro’s administrative infrastructure, stating that moving to a new Government Complex aligns with the demands of a highly urbanized city.
However, Brito emphasized that the municipal government must maintain strict transparency throughout the execution of the ₱8.5-billion project.
He commended the Technical Working Group’s comprehensive assessment across 80 barangays, noting that business leaders favor transparent implementation to ensure the complex benefits local enterprise and residents.
