“All promises were broken!” This was the statement of Magnifico Domingo, mobilization and advocacy chair of the Bunyog Party, regarding the remaining years of the current administration.
He added that the promised twenty-pesos-per-kilo rice and other programs pledged by the president in the past have not materialized. He noted that up to this point, the “big fish” masterminding corruption in the country have yet to be held accountable.
Thus, this coming Monday, their group will join the protest rally in the capital to hold the Marcos administration accountable and remind the president to stop making promises and start acting for the welfare of the people.
