United People Against Corruption (UPAC) Spokesperson Bishop Bellaser “Kiko” Herrera urged oversight agencies to maintain legal actions against entities involved in substandard flood control projects.
Herrera asserted that limited detentions do not fully address the economic damage suffered by affected communities.
He welcomed a Court of Appeals resolution reviewing a ₱20-million docket fee imposed by a Regional Trial Court on impoverished litigants, affirming that the coalition will pursue legal remedies and financial indemnification for public fund misallocations.
