Archdiocese of Cagayan de Oro Chief Exorcist Fr. Jun Balsamo has scheduled on August 12 the interview, deliverance, or exorcism of the family of four students from Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.
This comes after several instances when the students reportedly needed assistance during training in their school because they were said to be possessed by spirits not of human origin or by evil spirits.
The priest clarified that he does not simply go to such places without a formal invitation from the local leaders.
Because of this, he is giving priority to examining the family’s situation first, in order to address and resolve any possible “open doors” that may have been triggered by the incident.
