Siraj MRO Xavier University President Yusha Abdulhakeem Disomangcop called on the youth sector in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) to lead electoral reform during the inaugural regional parliamentary elections.
Disomangcop stated that the upcoming vote offers a historical opportunity to replace dynastic political control and address long-standing economic challenges.
He urged local communities to protect voter integrity against vote-buying and voter intimidation.
