Benedicto Ramiro has assumed the role of Acting Department Head of the Roads and Traffic Administration (RTA) in Cagayan de Oro following a directive from Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy.
Ramiro announced plans to build upon existing traffic management projects while developing strategic measures to address urban congestion.
The leadership transition follows the reassignment of outgoing head Engr. Nonito Oclarit to the City Local Environment and Natural Resources Office (CLENRO), with both transfers taking immediate effect.
