Bulua Punong Brgy. Al Legaspi Jr. allayed the concerns of parents and students of Bulua National High School regarding the shooting threats circulating on social media.
According to the captain, continuous tight monitoring and police visibility by authorities and barangay officials are underway to ensure safety inside and outside the school.
Meanwhile, authorities clarified that they are taking all measures to investigate the threat and protect the welfare of the students.
While reminding the public and parents to remain calm yet alert, the captain also pointed out that parents must now more than ever guide and spend time with their children to prevent them from being involved with groups leading to illicit activities.
