CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY- Cagayan de Oro City is preparing for Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy’s second State of the City Address (SOCA) this year, coinciding with the city’s 74th charter anniversary celebration.
Mayor Uy’s speech will be delivered at the Aquilino “Nene” Pimentel Jr. International Convention Center in Sitio Taguanao, Barangay Indahag.
Spokesperson Janboy Actub expects the address to highlight the administration’s achievements for the city and serve as a reminder of previous directives to department managers.
The event will be attended by city hall employees, administration supporters, and other important guests.
Tight security measures will also be implemented.
