CEPALCO expressed hope that power conservation measures will prevent rotational power interruptions across Cagayan de Oro amid grid supply challenges in Mindanao.
CEPALCO Assistant Vice President Marilyn Chavez advised the public to reduce unnecessary power use and minimize outdoor exposure during period of extreme heat.
Chavez also recommended carrying hydration, using umbrellas, and wearing protective face masks to guard against ambient haze conditions affecting the region.
