St. Augustine Metropolitan Cathedral Rector Rev. Msgr. Raul Ricacho urged young people to ground their lives in faith as they navigate mental health challenges and the rapid growth of digital technology and Artificial Intelligence.

Msgr. Ricacho emphasized that individuals remain anchored when their core values are rooted in faith and when they view others through a lens of human dignity.

He stressed that human dignity must remain at the center of societal progress, rather than technological advances alone.

The Church leader added that seeking solace in faith provides spiritual resilience to manage daily mental health struggles.
