The Civil Service Commission (CSC) Region 10 recognized the Cagayan de Oro Local Government Unit Human Resource Management Office with a Level 2 Bronze Award under the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM).
City Information Officer Jade Adeser reported that the city achieved a 100% evaluation score for exemplary systems in recruitment, performance management, and employee welfare.
She noted that this marks the city’s first national institutional award under the leadership of Mayor Klarex Uy and HRMO Officer Xsyclyn Faith “Kansai” B. Lumbatan.
