Former Misamis Oriental Board Member Atty. Oscar Musni stressed the weight of the video showing Vice President Sara Duterte allegedly issuing threats, saying it could be used to convict her in the grave threats case.
He explained that while the evidence is clear, the major question remains what defense the Vice President will present, as she has yet to speak in the proceedings.
Musni underscored that this is why Duterte must appear in the impeachment trial to respond to the allegations.
For now, the public awaits the defense’s next move as the charges continue to be processed under the law.
