COMELEC Cagayan de Oro is finalizing operational logistics for the upcoming BSKE candidate filings, which are set for September 28 to October 5.
City Election Officer Atty. Ramil Acol stated that while discussions on possible legislative postponements continue, local operations are preparing for a manual election setup.
To accommodate over 2,000 expected candidates and more than 200,000 registered voters, COMELEC has requested to transfer the filing venue to a larger facility in the second district.
