IP Rights Defender Wilson C. Amad declared that corruption within the judiciary is the most damaging form of wrongdoing in government.

He further stated that this is the “worst” type of corruption because only one person holds the power to decide the fate of the accused and the complainants.

Because of this, he proposed the adoption of the jury system to expedite the delivery of justice in cases.

In conclusion, Amad once again called for this to be prioritized in the courts so that the poor will no longer suffer from years of waiting for justice in the violations they have experienced and reported.
