The City Social Welfare and Development (CSWD) office is stepping up its suicide prevention campaign in response to local mental health challenges.
Marking its fourth year, CSWD Psychosocial PIO CJ Carl Salcedo highlighted that the initiative focuses on reducing mental health stigma and promoting early intervention.
Salcedo emphasized that suicide is preventable through community-wide collaboration, active listening, and accessible social support services.
