Batu argued that withdrawing charges mid-trial denies the Vice President’s defense team a formal judicial platform to clear her record through presented evidence.
He insisted that the Senate Impeachment Court should issue a formal dismissal order for the withdrawn articles citing insufficient prosecution evidence rather than allowing simple withdrawal.
