Legal expert Atty. Samson So Tan raised doubts regarding the testimony of proposed prosecution witness and former police officer Rodulfo Gracioso Jr., who alleged delivering luggage containing funds to Vice President Sara Duterte.
Tan noted that while the public remains open to hearing all testimony, Gracioso’s affidavit conflicts with official travel records and passports showing the Vice President’s presence outside the country on the alleged dates.
He emphasized that claims presented in court must be corroborated by official documentary records rather than unverified statements.
