With remaining New People’s Army (NPA) personnel in Region 10 reduced to 10 scattered insurgents, the 4th Infantry Division highlighted renewed opportunities for investment across Northern Mindanao and Caraga.
4ID Spokesperson Lt. Col. Joe Patrick Martinez stated that eight remaining insurgents are being tracked in Misamis Oriental while two operate as isolated bandits in Agusan del Sur, noting that the loss of top leadership has severely degraded insurgent morale.
