Mindanao Business Conference Director Irene Floro announced that venue preparations are entering their final stages as core event logistics are fully arranged.
Floro shared that over 500 participants have registered online, with total attendance expected to reach 800 to 1,000 walk-in guests.
The main plenary area is set up to accommodate up to 1,200 attendees, while 15 media outlets have been accredited for event coverage.
She added that while President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s segment was temporarily removed from the main schedule pending official confirmation, organizers remain fully prepared should the President decide to attend
