CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, Philippines – A tragic incident unfolded on Wednesday at the Moscow office of Wildberries, Russia’s largest online retailer.

According to the Russian Investigative Committee, a shooting at the office on Romanov Lane resulted in the deaths of two individuals and injuries to seven others, including two law enforcement officers who responded to the scene.

Wildberries, founded and led by Tatyana Bakalchuk, with her husband Vladislav Bakalchuk as co-owner, faced chaos when a group of 20 to 30 men arrived at the business center.

The group began breaking windows at the entrance, leading to gunfire shortly after.

Law enforcement officials have detained nearly 30 people in connection with the incident.

A criminal case has been opened, and investigators are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
