The coalition group calling for accountability and justice did not welcome the presence of Duterte Die Hard Supporters (DDS) during yesterday’s White Ribbon March at the EDSA Shrine.
Mimi Doringo of Kalipunan ng Damayang Mahihirap (KADAMAY) clarified that DDS were not welcome because they had their own agenda.
She said DDS only used the occasion to protect Vice President Sara Duterte, while the coalition’s purpose was to demand accountability from all involved in corruption.
The groups urged that VP Sara Duterte should instead face her impeachment hearings in the Senate rather than appearing in such protests.
