The local government has issued an early warning regarding possible signal jamming in select areas of the city today due to major festival activities.
City Information Officer Jade Adeser stated on Bombo Radyo that the signal interruption will be granular or limited only to parade routes and for a few hours once approved by the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC).
The official added that Mayor Klarex Uy expressed his approval by signing a formal request to the NTC to ensure security during the three remaining key celebrations.
While awaiting the official response from the national office, the local government assured that it will immediately inform the public once the final decision is approved.
