Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy appealed for public understanding and support regarding the local government’s plan to negotiate an ₱8.5-billion bank loan for a new Government Complex.
Uy explained that centralizing local and national public offices into a single location will streamline administrative transactions and reduce travel burdens for taxpayers.
He noted that securing land and constructing modern facilities now prepares the city for future population growth, urging residents to support infrastructure development designed for future generations.
