City Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy delivered his fourth State of the City Address yesterday during the 76th Charter Day celebration of Cagayan de Oro.
The mayor gave his message at Plaza Divisoria, where he highlighted the achievements of his administration under the RISE Agenda over the past year.
Among the accomplishments emphasized by Mayor Uy were the strengthening of public services, economic development, and efforts to make the city safer and more prepared for all Kagay-anons.
As part of the historic celebration, the 75th Commemorative Stamp was launched, and the 400 Years Coffee Book created by 2nd District Representative Rufus Rodriguez was presented.
In closing, Mayor Uy expressed his dedication to continuing efforts toward stronger public service and sustainable development for future generations.
