Joe Patrick Martinez confirmed the deaths of North Central Mindanao Regional Committee Secretary Julia Cagadas (alias “Ka Reda”) alongside members Junie Mansiguiao, Gerald Basason, and Rocha Mae Mirafuentes Bihag, neutralizing the group’s operational capacity in the region.
