PBGEN Christopher N. Abrahano, Regional Director of PRO-10, formally assumed his role as Chairperson of the Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict in Northern Mindanao (RTF-ELCAC X).
This took place during the Second Quarter 2026 RTF-ELCAC X Technical Working Group Meeting and OPLAN Formulation Workshop on June 17, 2026.
Members of the Technical Working Group and partner agencies aim to strengthen collaboration to fully suppress insurgency through the Whole-of-Nation Approach.
The workshop also focused on creating a comprehensive operational plan to dismantle remaining communist terrorist groups by delivering basic services and development.
The goal is lasting peace, rapid regional growth, and strong security for Northern Mindanao.
