Hon. Joyleen Mercedes L. Balaba of PDP-Laban Cagayan de Oro has confirmed that their new headquarters on Tomasaco, 8th Street, will serve as the hub for activities related to the upcoming 2028 presidential elections.
Councilor Balaba stated that the office is open to all citizens who share the party’s core principles of combating criminality, illegal drugs, and corruption—advocacies that were initiated during the previous administration.
Furthermore, the official noted that this initiative serves as a clear display of their strong support for Vice President Inday Sara Duterte, citing her deep connection with the Kagay-anons.
The party announced that the headquarters is intended to be a place of unity for all those who wish to continue the platforms and programs of former President Rodrigo Duterte.
Balaba emphasized that this move demonstrates the party’s solidarity as they prepare for the nation’s political future.
