Misamis Oriental Provincial Police Office Public Information Officer Police Major Geraldine Botanas issued the reminder following allegations of rape involving police trainees.
Botanas emphasized that personnel must maintain personal accountability and responsibility at all times, adding that Field Training Program (FTP) team leaders will also face penalties if oversight failures contributed to the incident.
