Commission on Election (COMELEC) Region 10 Director Atty. Renato Magbutay expressed confidence that the long-postponed Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections will finally proceed this coming November.
Magbutay explained that the Commission on Elections is already actively preparing its election calendar despite previous delays.
He highlighted ongoing coordination between the agency and local offices to ensure smooth implementation of the electoral process.
He further assured that COMELEC is ready in both technical and administrative aspects, making another postponement unlikely.
