Two days after assuming office, Police Regional Office 10 Regional Director Police Brigadier General Nestor Babagay Jr. conducted field inspections across streets and transit hubs in Cagayan de Oro City.
The regional director reviewed blotter records at Police Station 5 to evaluate case management and guide field personnel.
General Babagay highlighted that investigating complaints involving police personnel remains a priority to ensure internal accountability.
Additionally, he ordered field commanders to maintain high-visibility mobile and foot patrols, particularly at bus terminals and sea ports handling high passenger volumes.
