Inday Sara Na Movement Philippines Founder Daniel Nobleza announced that the organization will join Vice President Sara Duterte’s legal team in filing a petition before the Supreme Court challenging the Senate’s revised voting threshold.
Nobleza called for swift judicial review to resolve constitutional ambiguity and protect due process.
He urged the Senate Impeachment Court to conduct final voting promptly to avoid diverting public resources during ongoing economic challenges.
